Three places where AI works

Ad comment replies. For each comment under a Facebook or Instagram ad ("price?", "do you deliver?"), a language model writes a unique public reply grounded in the ad and the business profile, then the conversation continues in the DM. Unique replies avoid the "copy-paste spam" pattern that both users and platforms dislike.
AI sales agent in DMs, 24/7. In Instagram Direct and Messenger, the agent answers from the business's own knowledge — texts about products, prices and delivery, website pages and a product catalog. It asks for a phone number, creates the lead in a CRM or Telegram group and hands hard questions to a person. Each business has its own knowledge base, and the agent can be tested before it goes live.
AI reply step in flows. The visual automation canvas (9 triggers, 17 step types, 10 templates) has an "AI reply" step. Deterministic steps handle the expected path; the model answers whatever the flow did not plan for, so the customer never gets "I did not understand".
